Registration Form for Naloxone and Training Video

Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we have decided to allow consumers to watch the Narcan Training video and to fill out the Trainee Registration Form online. Once you have filled out the form online and have the watched the training video we will send you Narcan in the mail. Please contact kalia.wight@maryland.gov once you have completed these two things or call 443-543-1700.
